This be for o0o0liz0o0o on Neopets x3 She wanted a Request. It says that on my lookup that Requests are closed o_o; But I felt loving-ish that day, and plus, she made me Fan Art for Zirailii xD
Well, she wanted a red Kougra wearing a pink collar with a heart attached to it. She also wanted dis-attached wings x]
I'm not that great at Kougras.. o_o; I was sorta lazy on this. Background was done on MS Paint. Fear the circles .__.;
